A path that keeps
becoming useful.

I’m Natsha Kuchroo, based in Vancouver. I write and build around work, technology, health, discipline, reinvention, and the systems that help people create momentum.

The longer version.

My background started in enterprise technology, where I worked across software delivery, client-facing projects, product-adjacent conversations, requirements discussions, demos, workshops, and cross-functional coordination.

Over time, I became most interested in the space between business problems, user needs, and practical systems that help people do their work better.

My path has not been linear. After a career break shaped by relocation, life transitions, and rebuilding in a new country, I began looking at work, identity, health, and ambition differently. That curiosity now shapes much of what I think and write about.

At the centre of it all is one question: what systems help us become more capable, clear, healthy, and intentional?

What I value.

  • Clarity over performance
  • Ownership with empathy
  • Practicality and useful work
  • Resilience and self-trust
  • Continuous learning
